Saeed H. Khan
Saeed Khan is a seasoned finance and business leader with over 30 years of international experience spanning finance, audit, risk management, project financing, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic business development. His career has included senior leadership positions across the United Kingdom, Saudi Arabia, Germany, the Netherlands, and Pakistan, with extensive exposure to the steel, industrial, energy, and investment sectors.
At Omni Metals, Saeed leads the company’s financial strategy, governance, and capital planning activities. His background includes serving as Chief Financial Officer, Chief Commercial Officer, Finance & Commercial Director, and Head of Internal Audit & Risk, where he successfully led large-scale industrial expansions, international joint ventures, acquisitions, and project financing initiatives. His expertise strengthens Omni Metals’ ability to scale its mining, trading, and technology operations while maintaining strong financial discipline and corporate governance.

Farhan Ahmed
Farhan Ahmed is a senior corporate affairs and governance professional with over 20 years of experience across banking, FMCG, and multinational organisations. He has held leadership roles at HBL Pakistan, Standard Chartered Bank, HSBC, and Nestlé, specialising in corporate communications, regulatory engagement, crisis management, and stakeholder relations.
At Omni Metals, Farhan leads corporate affairs, compliance coordination, and organisational governance, supporting the company’s operations across mining, trading, and technology. He is the Founding President of the Communications Association of Pakistan (CAP) and holds an MBA in Marketing from the Institute of Business Management (IoBM), Karachi.

Haider Shah
Haider Shah is the CEO of Omni Metals UAE and a Co-Founder of the Omni Metals Platform, where he leads regional growth, commercial strategy, and platform development. Despite being the youngest member of the core leadership team, Haider brings extensive experience in global sales across multiple commodity markets, including metals and petroleum products, working with international buyers and suppliers.
With a strong background in technology and a natural entrepreneurial mindset, Haider plays a key role in shaping Omni Metals’ digital trading and contract fulfilment platform. His strategic approach, commercial insight, and ability to bridge technology with real-world trading make him instrumental in scaling Omni Metals’ platform-led vision across the Middle East and global markets.

Shahab Ijaz
Shahab Ijaz is the CEO of Omni Metals Limited Pakistan, where he leads the company’s mining operations and strategic development across the country. He brings extensive experience in large-scale mining operations, having held senior roles at ISB Mining and INNO Mining Group, with deep expertise in project execution, regulatory coordination, and operational leadership in complex mining environments.
A standout achievement in Shahab’s career was his role in forging the first-ever joint venture between the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) government and a private mining company during his time at INNO Mining Group. This landmark partnership significantly improved operational efficiency and more than doubled revenue for the Government of KPK, setting a precedent for public-private collaboration in the region. At Omni Metals, Shahab applies this experience to scale mining assets responsibly while strengthening government and stakeholder relationships.

Khalid Hussain is the Co-Founder and Head of Operations at Omni Metals, where he oversees operational execution across mining projects, trading activities, and internal systems. With a diverse background spanning metals markets and the gaming industry, Khalid brings a unique blend of analytical precision and commercial agility to the business. His experience managing complex operations and cross-functional teams ensures seamless coordination across Omni Metals’ global footprint.
Before Omni Metals, Khalid built his entrepreneurial foundation as one of the youngest Shell service station franchisees, demonstrating early leadership in operational excellence, customer experience, and efficiency optimisation. This blend of operational leadership and business development insight continues to shape how Omni Metals scales its mining portfolio, strengthens its trading infrastructure, and delivers value to partners worldwide.

Mohammed Urfan
Mohammed Urfan is the Founder and Global CEO of Omni Metals, where he leads the company’s strategy across mining, metals trading, and technology. With a strong background in global metals trading and tech-enabled businesses, he has built extensive international networks connecting producers, processors, and end users.
Mohammed is the principal architect of Omni Metals’ “mine to market” model, integrating physical mining assets, global trading hubs, and a next-generation digital contract fulfilment platform. Under his leadership, Omni Metals is scaling operations across multiple jurisdictions while modernising how metals are sourced, traded, and delivered through technology-driven solutions.
